Our crisps
What's the shelf life?
Every bag carries a clear best-before date printed on the back. Because we hand-cook in small batches and send straight from the farm, your crisps typically arrive with at least 4 months of shelf life left on them. They're at their freshest enjoyed well within that date.
How should I store them?
Keep bags somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and sealed until you're ready to tuck in. Once a bag is open, it's best enjoyed within a day or two for maximum crunch.
What makes Just Crisps different?
We grow, press and cook everything at Wade Lane Farm. Our crisps are hand-cooked from British potatoes in our own award-winning cold-pressed rapeseed oil — properly British, from our field to your bag, by four generations of the Froggatt family.
Dietary & allergens
Are your crisps vegan and gluten free?
Many of our flavours are both vegan and gluten free — each product page is labelled so you can see at a glance. A few exceptions contain dairy (our Mature Cheddar & Red Onion) or mustard (our Ham & Mustard), so do check the individual product if you have a specific requirement.
Where can I find allergen information?
Full ingredient and allergen details are printed on every pack and listed on each product page. If you're ever unsure about a specific flavour, please get in touch and we'll be glad to help.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend. There may be an additional cost for delivery outside mainland UK.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We process orders within 2–3 business days and send them by Royal Mail Tracked 48, straight from the farm. Orders aren't dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes — every parcel goes out with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
We can — please get in touch before ordering so we can discuss options and costs for your location.
Returns & problems
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We'll put it right straight away. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or within 48 hours for transit damage) with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Full details are on our delivery & returns page.
Can I return crisps if I change my mind?
As everything we sell is food, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, for food-safety and hygiene reasons. This doesn't affect your statutory rights or our promise to replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. See our delivery & returns page.

Do you supply pubs, shops and wholesale?
We do — Just Crisps are a favourite on many a bar and farm-shop shelf. Head to our wholesale section or drop us a line and we'll set you up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, through our secure checkout.
