Free UK delivery on every order — sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, straight from Wade Lane Farm. And if anything's not right when it arrives, we'll sort it.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekend or public holidays.
Please be aware that there may be an additional cost to shipping outside of mainland UK.

Returns & refunds
Thank you for ordering from Just Crisps Ltd. Everything we make is food — hand-cooked crisps and cold-pressed rapeseed oil — so, for food-safety and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or offer a refund simply because you've changed your mind once an order has been dispatched. This does not affect your legal rights.
If something isn't right with your order — if your crisps arrive damaged, faulty, past their best-before date, or you've received the wrong item — we'll put it right straight away. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. There's no need to post food back to us: once we've seen the issue we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery you paid.
Damaged in transit? Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement quickly and raise it with our courier.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've confirmed the problem, and typically reach your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
None of the above affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
