Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase from Just Crisps Ltd

In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 14 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the item to be returned to Just Crisps Ltd.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect the item and process a refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

If the product is damaged, used or you have initiated after the 14-day refund period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
